1 Notes

Originality is the product of independent thought, open-mindedness and creativity.

Originality is necessary for progress in any field - science, technology, business, the arts, etc. - and can also benefit our everyday lives.

Henry Ford is claimed to have said: 'If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said a faster horse'.

Originality involves 'thinking outside the box'. Is the 'box' a product of credulism and the certainty of belief?
